Remember: Students who have method books should bring to every lesson. Students should bring notebooks and a pencil to write down their assignments as well.
Students should bring a pencil and folder to each lesson. Minimum practice time should be around 10-15 minutes at least 4 days a week to maintain skills we learn in class.

Beginning of the year information
String Demonstration Day: Your first grade child will be introduced to the violin this year so they can determine if they would like to join the strings program! Information will be sent home with the students on this day.
String fittings and Instrument Rentals: Strings students will be fitted for the proper violin size and be able to place an order for their instrument.
Enrollment for strings pullout lessons: Please fill out the form located on the homepage and return to Ms. Dodovich in the main office.
Price:
Grades 1 families can choose to take 2 pull out lessons for $150 or 2 pull out lessons plus after school strings club for $165
Grade 2 and 3 families choose to take 2 pullout lessons for $150 and then can opt to take private or small group lessons as needed after school.
Grades 4 and 5 will have one group pullout lesson and one before school ensemble for $150. Before school ensemble meets on Mondays from 7:15- 8:00 am. Students should be dropped off at the preschool entrance 5 minutes early so we can start right at 7:15.
