Beginning of the year information
Band Instrument Trial Day: 4th and 5th grade band students will be given the opportunity to try out several different instruments. Myself and other specialists will give them an idea of which instrument it seems they would be most successful on. However, if a child feels strongly about a certain instrument already they are welcome to play that as well.
Enrollment for band pullout lessons: Please fill out the form located on the homepage and return to Ms. Dodovich in the Elementary Main Office. Be sure to indicate this is for band Lessons. Payment should be made to St. Benedict Preparatory School.
Price: $150 for one small group lesson and one before school full ensemble rehearsal. Full ensemble rehearsals are:
4th grade band: Wednesday Mornings from 7:15- 8:00 am at the High School Gym entrance. Please be sure to come 5 minutes early so we can start at 7:15
5th grade band: Thursday Mornings from 7:15- 8:00 am at the High School Gym entrance. Please be sure to come 5 minutes early so we can start at 7:15
